Are there any costs to me?
We do not charge venues, we charge customers to rent our powerbanks. We split this charge with you for hosting the powerbank rental station
Lost, stolen or damaged power banks?
We cover all replacement costs, so there's no financial risk to your venue and no impact on your revenue share.
Do I need to manage the charging station?
No. We monitor stock levels remotely and handle all replenishment, so there's nothing for your team to manage.
What do we need to provide as the venue partner?
All we require from the venue is a visible location with a socket nearby for a power source and also WiFi.
We don't have a counter top, do you provide stands or free standing stations instead?
No problem! We can provide stands for our power bank stations. There are a range of options, all free of charge, so get in touch to discuss the options available.
What devices can be charged?
Our power banks are suitable for apple and android devices as they come with in-built USB-C, Micro USB and Lightning charging cables.
What size power banks do you use?
All our power banks are 6000 mAh
Are Venue Charge Solutions insured?
Yes, we have suitable public liability insurance in place that covers our power bank rental stations in your venue. We also PAT test the stations annually to ensure they remain safe and compliant with the relevant legislation such as the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. All devices also have inbuilt over charge and overheat protection.
